San Diego based Hotel Managers Group LLC (HMG) recently announced that it has been awarded a long term management agreement to manage the Hampton Inn & Suites San Francisco-Burlingame-Airport South at 1755 Bayshore Hwy, Burlingame, CA. The hotel is a 77 unit Hampton owned by Saturn Investment Group, LLC.  The hotel was opened in June 2003, and owner managed until ownership determined that a professional management company such as HMG was more adept at operating in a competitive economic environment while ownership concentrated on asset issues and expansion of its hotel holdings.

The President of Saturn Investment Group, LLC, stated that “HMG was a perfect fit for his hotel needs as HMG is a highly reputable management company with a successful record of operating Hilton brand products including many Hampton products.  Our location near San Francisco Airport and within a high density area of corporate business accounts demanded that our sales and marketing efforts be professionally designed and implemented. HMG brings this expertise to our hotel. Since HMG assumed management on April 1, 2011, we have already experienced a favorable increase in occupancy and Average Daily Rate (ADR).”
