Arizona inventor, Andrea Ramsey, had a goal to keep items from soaring through the air.  Her invention is called the Bag Grabber which prevents the contents of your purse (diaper bag, briefcase or takeout food bag) from flying upside down while the car is in motion.   Fellow Arizonian, Pati Peterson, both a mom and grandma, took on the challenge of preventing a baby's pacifier from being flung, tossed and chucked onto dirty floors and even dirty streets.  Her invention, the Pacifier Bib, comes equipped with a Velcro strap at the base to hold a pacifier (favorite toy or teething ring) in place.

California inventors took hygiene seriously.  Realizing the fear many parents have of safely trimming their babies' fingernails, Lori McLaughlin created the Butter-File. Little fingers and toes can now be cared for gently with this contoured, and easy to hold, emery board -- that files away little nails like butter!   Now that fingers and hands are clean, our last inventor made it her mission to keep them that way.  To solve the problem of spreading germs, from sneezing and running noses, Margaret Back invented the Germy Wormy.   The disposable sleeve cover, and hygienic teaching tool, educates kids on how to prevent the spread of germs.   The product quickly encourages good habits for pre-school children at home, to stop the spread of germs when in public.

The Mom Invented brand was recently recognized by the publication Graphic Design USA magazine and honored with the 2011 American Graphic Design Award for packaging!   Packaging quickly educates parents about the everyday use of each product, while crediting and displaying the actual mom inventor!
