GlobalHRstudio Launches Espresso Series of Expert Advice and Insights into HR Transformation
GlobalHRstudio (www.globalhrstudio.com), an information-based online forum dedicated to HR Transformation and best practices in the international business scene, announces the official launch of its new Espresso series.
The first edition of Espresso, launched on the GlobalHRstudio website on 3, May 2011, features tips from Patrick Nolot, Global Program Manager, Globalview for ADP, on how to reduce the costs of a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) transformation process.
“Many people embark on BPO in order to reduce costs, improve quality and streamline administrative processes. Unfortunately however, in the process of transitioning to BPO, quite the opposite happens: overspent budgets, missed deadlines and tons of frustration,”
“Over the past eighteen months, GlobalHRstudio has rapidly expanded its membership base and grown to equvf be an open platform on which HR professionals, transformation consultants and senior executives share news, insights, analysis, expert advice and case studies,” explains Patrick Gaspardo, Chief Editor of the online site. “Most recently we concluded an in-depth examination of Shared Services, analyzing it from the perspectives of leadership, change management, ROI and more. But quite frequently, we are approached by professionals who wish to contribute short bits of advice or tips on topics outside the one being discussed in our regular series. So now Espresso will allow just that. GlobalHRstudio members can access, on a more frequent basis, timely ‘shots’ of free advice to help them add kick to their transformation.”
