Palace Entertainment makes fan memories the centerpiece of its social media profile

With the BFF promotion, Palace Entertainment is joining conversations on the social media level to say “Thank You” and create a forum for guests to share and relive their experience at Palace Entertainment parks. The promotion and social media conversations also get fans excited to create new memories in the 2011 season.
From toddlers hugging dragons to mid-air water slide shots, the photos capture the genuine fun Fans can have at Palace Entertainment parks; thus, sharing those memories and enthusiasm with others.
Submitted photos carry across the eight-week promotion, ending on July 3, encouraging fans to check back in to see their Fan Foto, share stories and ask questions. The BFF promotion is part of a larger social media initiative by Palace Entertainment, positioning individual park Facebook and Twitter pages as the first line of customer service, informational resource, and of course, discounts and fun.
