By: The Ritz London We are delighted therefore to be able to present a Champagne Dinner at The Ritz together with the House of Pol Roger and in honour of this special occasion, the Hotel’s Executive Chef John Williams has created a remarkable five course menu paired with some of the finest offerings from Champagne Pol Roger. The Pol Roger Dinner (£225 per person) will be held on Wednesday, 8th June in the magnificent 18th century surroundings of William Kent House, commencing with a Champagne and canapé reception in the Marie Antoinette Suite and followed by dinner in The Music Room. Mr James Simpson, M.A. (Cantab), M.W, Sales Director and Marketing Director for Pol Roger, will be on hand to advise how best to appreciate the differing styles of the Champagnes which, combined with the culinary expertise of the Chef’s menu, promises a unique and memorable dining experience.
