"Mortgage Mathematics" has been published

This issue of “The Business of Life” examines the mortgage crisis and how the government is backing nine out of every 10 home mortgages. This article points out that the government should get out of the mortgage business altogether and remove all subsidies from the home mortgage industry.  The key insights that were communicated in this article are debt, government-backed mortgages, interest rates, free-market and private banks.
