With a low flat fee of service (a percentage of the anticipated annual income of the employee) you know exactly where your money goes. Career Innovations handles all stages of the recruitment life cycle for our clients. This includes: Identifying Candidates, Qualifying Skill-Sets, Pre-Interviewing, Presentation for Review, Extending Offers, Negotiating Salaries, and Closing Deals. This meets our clients’ business objectives by hiring the right people at the right price, thus saving time and money.
As previously mentioned, Career Innovations utilizes a transparent competitive pricing model. We bill you ONLY upon satisfactory placement. After you have made an offer and the applicant has accepted, we ask for your final negotiations and bill you a percentage of the anticipated annual income of the employee. Please inquire about our reasonable percentage rate.
If within three months (90 days) from the placement, the employee does not work out for any reason other than "reasonable exceptions" we will find another replacement at no charge to you.
