Free Falconry Display Takes Flight at Tregenna Castle

May 19, 2011 - PRLog -- From 6 – 7.30pm, owls, falcons and hawks will show off their breathtaking flight skills around the beautiful estate in St Ives.  They will demonstrate the differences between their free flying abilities before a static display then allows visitors to get close to these magnificent birds of prey.  

Julian Clement of Countryside Hawking enjoys giving the demonstrations at Tregenna Castle:

Tregenna’s 72 acre estate provides a huge variety of woodland walks that are free to enjoy and include the ravine walk recently featured on Inside Out as well as sub tropical gardens.

Entry to the falconry displays is free and there are another six sessions planned during July and August.  

Tregenna’s hotel facilities are available for non-residents as well as guests throughout the year.  This includes the Brasserie where a well earned hot chocolate makes for a perfect treat after the falconry displays.
