Follow on Google News | A Day On The Green Raises Funds For The Fight Against Child Abuse In Collin County(COLLIN COUNTY, TX – May 18, 2011) The Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County (CACCC) will host their 7th Annual Healing Hearts Invitational Golf Tournament on June 6, beginning at 9:30 a.m., at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney.
By: Katy Emerson Thirty teams will participate in this 4-man, best ball shamble format tournament. The event will include a shoot out competition with a chance for $100,000, fabulous raffle items, and other activities making this tournament an experience like no other. Prizes will include a golf trip for 2 to one of twenty-three different locations, 40”Sony television, signed Jack Nicklaus golf bag with clubs and gift certificates to local hotels and restaurants. Founder and event chairman, Eric Zepp, states, “Healing Hearts is an unmatchable, one-of-a-kind tournament, played on one of the best courses in Texas, but what truly makes this tournament special is the powerful impact it has on the Advocacy Center .” The event will conclude with a gourmet meal at the TPC Club House and an awards presentation honoring the top players of the day.
