The partners loved the brand and decided to create a range of clothing that heavily featured the Franklin and Marshall logo. By 2003 the American college started to receive many calls enquiring on where to buy the clothing range that sported their name. Initially puzzled, the college eventually found out who was producing it, however after lengthy discussions with the Italian company they decided against litigation, opting instead for a license fee on every item sold. This proved to be a wise decision with the company continuing to sell millions of items each year.

The clothing collection that they produce consists mainly of tracksuits, t-shirts, hooded tops and jogging bottoms in a large selection of colours, and in recent years they have expanded their range to include caps, shorts, footwear, bags and underwear.
