s jarred fruits and vegetables contain no food colouring, preservatives or pectin. They are suited to vegan and vegetarian diets, and are VeganOK certified. Eco-friendliness is also a goal of mine, and ingredients, where possible, are local: raw material is obtained near the facility where it is processed. Fruit and vegetables are processed in season, at the peak of ripeness. Some special ingredients, like chocolate and exotic fruit, come from the fair trade market.”
Recipes are exclusive and original. Just a few examples: Banana and 70% cocoa chocolate jam, Pineapple jelly with fresh rosemary, Beet and sweet paprika chutney, Sweet and sour Stark apples in allspice, Winter giardiniera (artichokes, Roman cauliflower, Jerusalem artichoke, pumpkin, and scallion) in extra-virgin olive oil from the Frantoio di Spello (Umbria). A special package of jams and sweet and sour fruit made only with fructose is also available.
