Kids Can "Have a Hoot"

May 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Creative Works recently installed a Laser Tag (www.LASERTAGWORLD.com) arena and a Lazer Frenzy (www.LAZERFRENZY.com) at Have a Hoot in Milford, PA.  These two attractions have been excellent compliments to each other, as both utilize lasers, but in very different ways.  While the primary objective of laser tag is to tag friends and competitors for a high score, Lazer Frenzy offers an opportunity for guests to avoid a laser beam security system, just like a heist movie.

Have a Hoot is a new facility in the eastern portion of Pennsylvania, along the New York border.  Allen Johns, the owner of Have a Hoot, wanted to create an entertainment center for his community that was a little bit different.  He was able to accomplish this in multiple ways.  First off, when guests enter the front doors, they won’t see the average, run-of-the-mill steel beam supporting the ceiling.  Instead, they’ll see a giant, 15 foot-tall tree trunk that wraps around the steel beam, hiding it from guests.  Have a Hoot will also feature a giant softplay structure that is built around and above the Laser Tag arena and the Lazer Frenzy.  The entrance archways to these two attractions, which are located right next to each other, will be visible from the center of the facility, inviting guests to come and play.  While the Lazer Frenzy has a bright and colorful “Arcade” theme, the Laser Tag arena provides an atmosphere of industrial chaos in the “Urban Quest” theme.  This variety in aesthetics will ensure that guests of all ages have something to enjoy.

When the project was completed, Allen was extremely impressed with the Creative Works team.  “We have had many, many contractors through the years come through our businesses, and these men, by far, stood out amongst our best,” said Allen.  “Their work ethic and attention to detail were extraordinary, and their training was superb.”
