Foram Group Names President of Management/Leasing Business Unit

May 17, 2011 - PRLog -- The Foram Group has created a new business unit for its expanding portfolio of properties and has appointed Tracy Story as president of management and leasing. Leading the new division, she oversees all of the assets in the multiple real estate portfolios that Foram directs in four states, including the leasing of 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza. Story will direct the third party leasing and management provided by CB Richard Ellis.

Story, a real estate veteran, previously worked for CB Richard Ellis, where she was Director of Asset Services for more than four years, overseeing the management and agency leasing operations in the South Florida market.

Story is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and LEED® Accredited Professional. A licensed real estate salesperson in both Florida and Georgia, she is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association. She is a graduate of Georgia State University.  Story resides in Parkland.
