A Night Of Mystery, A Night Of Success

A soldout crowd of 160 people raised over $22,000 for the Alzheimer Society of Huron County during their Murder Mystery Dinner Acution.

May 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Huron County, ON- It was a night of mystery accompanied by great food and lively auction in support of the Alzheimer Society of Huron County. The annual Forget-Me-Not Murder Mystery Dinner Auction was a huge success raising over $22,000.

The sold out crowd of 160 people at the Clinton Legion enjoyed a murder mystery sponsored by RPM Promotions and a buffet dinner catered by Whiskful Thinking. The evening concluded with a live auction by auctioneers Ben Lobb and Bob Heywood, as well as a silent auction
.
“It was a fantastic night and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The actors were entertaining, the food was delicious and we raised a lot of money for our Society.” States Cathy Ritsema, executive director.

Proceeds raised from the evening will be used to enhance local programs and services offered by the Alzheimer Society of Huron County, which include support groups, education, one-on-one counseling, Just For You: volunteer companion program, and so much more. A portion will also be designated towards research.
