Susan L. Aldworth Joins Document Technologies, Inc.

Aldworth has joined the company as Director of Sales for its facilities management (FM) business. Ms. Aldworth is responsible for DTI’s FM sales efforts to both new and existing clients in Mid-Atlantic region including Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.

DTI’s FM services include traditional mail, copy, fax, hospitality, and reception services, as well as court filing, docket, records, reception, automated document routing, fleet management, printer management, and cost recovery management. The company also offers on-site and off-site litigation support services as part of a true end-to-end solution.

Ms. Aldworth is a seasoned sales and business manager bringing more than 25 years of professional experience to the DTI team. Most recently she spent six years with MCS Management Services in Philadelphia where she served as Business Development Manager working directly with the legal and pharmaceutical markets in the Mid-Atlantic region and achieved client renewal rates of nearly 95%. She also spent seven years with The Hobart West Group where she served as both an area manager and an account executive, prior to which she worked for six years as a client services manager with Advanced Telecom Services, Inc.

Susan Aldworth is currently Vice President on the Board of Executive Women International, members of which includes representatives from more than 2,700 companies in 68 chapters throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. She serves on the membership committee of the International Association of Facilities Managers and is a business partner of the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Delaware and New Jersey chapters of the Association of Legal Administrators. Ms. Aldworth is also an active volunteer with both the United Way and the American Cancer Society.
