Today’s Stock Market and Binary Options

Binary options are also another good way for you to make money with stocks.  A binary option is a type of option that you can choose where the payoff is either a fixed amount of an asset or nothing at all.  For example, let’s say that you purchase stock in the “A” company and you use the binary option, cash or nothing, and you purchase the stock for $100 with a binary option payoff of $1,000.  The maturity date of the stock comes around and it’s trading at or above $100 then you would receive $1,000.  However, if the stock is trading below the $100 dollars mark then you would get nothing.  
   
This type of trading is a gamblers paradise because you are making a bet that a certain stock will be performing at a certain dollar amount.  Conservative investors typically stay away from these types of options because there is a chance that you can walk away with nothing.
