Brownells Signs On As Premier Sponsor of 20th Annual International Revolver Championship

May 13, 2011 - PRLog -- LOS OSOS, Calif. — Brownells, the world's largest supplier of firearm parts, gunsmithing tools, equipment and accessories, has joined Smith & Wesson and Hogue Inc. as a premier sponsor of the International Confederation of Revolver Enthusiasts' (ICORE) Annual Smith & Wesson International Revolver Championship.

First held in 1992 with just 51 shooters in attendance, the Smith & Wesson International Revolver Championship celebrates two decades of top level revolver competition this year. Over 200 of the best wheelgun shooters are expected to compete.

The 20th Annual Smith & Wesson International Revolver Championship take place June 2-5 and are hosted by the San Luis Obispo Sportsmen’s Association. The match will take place on the association's Hogue Action Pistol Range, named after the family-owned company located in nearby Paso Robles, Calif.
