May 13, 2011 - PRLog -- The elegant dove-grey crepe-silk dress with long silk chiffon sleeves, worn under a wool lace macramé coat in matching grey and embellished with tiny sequins was much admired by all. It proved to be the ideal outfit for the cool temperature within Westminster Abbey and the windy spring weather outside.

It's not for the first time that Rachel's creations are seen at royal events. Soprano Angela Gheorghiu sang for HM the Queen in a sumptuous Rachel Elbaz evening gown during the Millenium celebrations. And her perfume Dream de Rachel Elbaz is much appreciated by Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

Rachel Elbaz is one of those few couture designers left who creates bespoke garments, with her own skilled team of cutters and machinists, in the atelier on her premises. She was trained in the prestigious couture house Balmain in Paris and established her elegant salon in Knightsbridge 16 years ago.

A few years ago Elbaz launched her own perfume Dream de Rachel Elbaz – a sexy and feminine perfume  produced in France in Grasse where the iconic Chanel 5 is made.
