MOSAIC: Panama Pacifico´s New Project exceed expectations

May 12, 2011 - PRLog -- During the first week of May, Panama Pacifico officially launched pre-sales of its new condominium building – Mosaic – to the public.  

Located in the new Town Center, Mosaic features 145 luxurious studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans from 50 to 120 square meters.  

Designed by Panamanian architects George Moreno & Partners, Mosaic covers an entire block and consists of three individual seven-story buildings, sharing a common plaza on the first floor with boutique shops and restaurants.

Area companies, brokers, and invited media participated in a three-day preview of the Mosaic launch at the Panama Pacifico Visitor Center from April 27-29.
During cocktail and open house events, they enjoyed the first glimpse of Mosaic’s sleek building architecture and amenities, including a centerpiece pool and entertainment area.

Mosaic is already enjoying phenomenal success in less than two weeks!  45% of the 145 units are already reserved for purchase.  Mosaic starts construction in June on Panama Pacifico´s main boulevard, and will be right across the street from a future business hotel and supermarket.

Its residents will also enjoy an easy walk across the street to a new recreation center (which opens this September 2011) as well as close proximity to Subway, Coffee Express and a new onsite medical clinic.
