KDVG Expands LA Office With Hire of Veteran Employment Attorney Sarah Goldstein

May 10, 2011 - PRLog -- Kaufman Dolowich Voluck & Gonzo (“KDVG”) has announced the arrival of new partner, Sarah Goldstein, in KDVG’s Employment Practices Liability group at its Los Angeles office.  

Ms. Goldstein focuses her practice on employment litigation, representing organizations of all sizes in employment-related lawsuits.  Prior to joining KDVG, she was a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, where she defended various forms of harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, whistle-blower claims, and retaliation matters.  She also advises companies on hiring, firing, leave of absence, and compliance with other employment-related laws.

An active member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), Ms. Goldstein is currently Co-Chair of Chapter Development. She previously served as Southern California Chapter Chairperson and is an active member of the local chapter.  In addition, Ms. Goldstein sits on the Future PLUS task force and serves on the organization’s 2011 International Conference Planning Committee.  In 1998, she was awarded the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services.  Ms. Goldstein is a regular speaker on employment-related topics and has presented at past industry events such as the National EPLI Execusummit in New York and several PLUS International Conferences as well as a seminar for the Employer Advisory Council in San Luis Obispo.
