His career than took a change, he became involved in  technical recruiting for the petroleum and petrochemical industry spannig 25 years.

He has been associated with the engineering design and construction industry for the majority of his career.

Ron has had his own constuction company for the past 5 years. He has experience in building and selling homes and condominiums in good and bad markets. His last project took him to Belize in Central America where he constructed a 27 unit condo complex right on the Caribbean Ocean.

Upon moving to Tempe Arizona, he decided to us his diverse background to assist individuals who are experiencing difficulty in selling their homes in this depressed economy. He states "many seller are not aware that there is a way to sell their home in this poor economy without getting into the price war and continually lowering the price of their home in order to sell."

Ron said " In this present economy, many individuals are finding it necessary to sell their primary and/or secondary residences and that he can help sell these properties quicker by using seller financing."

Ron is also involved in another segment of the housing market and says that there are a group of people who are receiving monthly payments on Trust Deeds, Mortgages and Land Contracts who are becoming increasingly concerned about receiving their montly payments as many payors are beconing deliquent in their payments. He is helping individuals slove his problem.
