Interest rates have been incredibly low, giving buyers plenty of incentive to get into that new or first time home.  It's crazy how low rates are!  And remember, there's some really good programs out there for first time homebuyers.  We've helped lots of people get into their first home and it's a great feeling of accomplishment for them.  So if you know someone who is ready to make that move, have them give us a call!
