Simplified Foods’ founder and chief square, Kimberly Crupi Dobbins, set out on a mission to provide great tasting and healthy, sweet treats.  This passion fueled the desire to create confections made of simple, unprocessed ingredients free of wheat, gluten, dairy, soy and refined sugars.
