Louisiana Marketer says Social Media is Not the Future
Many marketing publications, marketers, and web designers feel that social media is the future of marketing and communications.
Social media includes online tools and websites such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. These websites allow users to communicate with each other and share photos, videos, and comments with each other. Businesses and politicians have begun using social media as a tool for promotion and communication to consumers and constituents.

When asked what he felt the next wave in marketing would include, he responds with mobile marketing. Phones are getting smarter and the internet is increasing in accessibility. “Not to mention, the new generation of consumers were born in the era of texting and tweeting,” explains Bone.
