Eagle Accounts Group Strengthens Management Team With Appointment of Call Center Director

May 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Eagle Accounts Group (EAGLE) today announced the appointment of William Saillant as the Call Center Director for its newly opened call center located in Bloomington, Indiana.

Eagle Accounts President and CEO, Chet Klene, stated that EAGL is growing at a rapid pace.  He expects to add between 30 and 50 new employees at the Bloomington call center within the next fourteen months.  Said Klene, “I’m excited that Bill agreed to run our new call center.  His extensive knowledge of asset recovery coupled with his commitment to treat every person with dignity and respect made him an ideal choice for this position.”

Saillant has been involved in the accounts receivable management industry dealing with  first and third party collections.  Prior to joining Eagle, he held a management position at a national collection agency that specialized in medical, guaranteed student loans and government receivable recoveries.  

Sailant holds a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University, Indianapolis.
