San Diego, California.  Plaza Personnel Service, a permanent placement employment agency, celebrates 20 years of service to the business and medical community and those seeking employment in San Diego.

Susan Duva and Georgena Hughes opened Plaza Personnel Service in La Mesa, California, in May of 1991.  For 12 years Susan and Georgena worked together, specializing in permanent general office staffing and medical office staffing for Doctors offices.    Georgena retired from the business in 2003.   Susan Duva continued to build the business, searching and recruiting for business office staff and medical office staff.  Susan is also an active volunteer in the community.  She volunteers as an advisory board member for local community colleges and trade schools, she is a board member for non profit professional associations and has even been a Judge for the Mother Goose Parade Queen.
Over the course of 20 years Susan and her staff have built a strong network of local employers in their specialty areas of medical staffing and office staffing.  Also an extensive and ongoing database of qualified candidates seeking employment.  They have diligently helped employers find and hire the best qualified and most stable employees to support both day to day operations and growth.   With a constant eye for talent, ongoing search activities and years of experience Susan understands the needs of the employers she represent and is able to make the best possible match between employee and employer.
