NJ AMA Presents 'How To Manage Your Company’s Reputation in a Social World' 5/10, Marriott Hanover
The American Marketing Association of NJ presents “Managing Your Reputation in a Social World” on making the most out of digital customer interactions. Led by Christine B. Whittemore, Simple Marketing Now LLC, it takes place 5/10/11 in Whippany.

“Many businesses miss out on opportunities to connect with customers online, obtain feedback from them and develop long term relationships because they fear entering into social and digital conversations with potential customers,” says Whittemore. “In this presentation, I outline best practices and highlight benefits associated with engaging in social media marketing so businesses can make the most of customer interactions. That then enables them to pro-actively manage their reputation given the digital social world we live in.”
Whittemore has been immersed in social media since 2006 – personally, for a brand and for her business. She is the author of Flooring The Consumer – a highly acclaimed weblog about the customer retail experience and marketing to women and an AdAge Power 150 Marketing Blog. She also writes the Simple Marketing Blog, a Junta42 Top 42 Content Marketing Blog and contributes to MarketingProfs and the Content Marketing Institute.
