Glass Doctor® of Rome, Ga. Open Despite Tornado Damage

April 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Despite a power outage, the Glass Doctor of Rome franchise is still operating and taking phone calls after the severe weather and tornadoes moved through the southeastern U.S. last night.

Franchise owner Tim Born is working out of a Glass Doctor vehicle until power and phone service is restored to his shop. The lack of basic utilities hasn’t kept him from helping his community recover.

“We saw the tornado go right over the shop,” Born said. “Not everyone was so lucky.”
