The Western Conference -- World's Largest Hip Hop Industry Mixer Convention Comes To Anaheim

April 27, 2011 - PRLog -- The Western Hip Hop Industry Mixer has established a reputation for honoring and showcasing the industry’s hottest stars in hip hop music and entertainment. Bringing together one of the largest collaborations of America’s vocal artist’s, musicians, dance crews, Dj’s, rappers and industry experts.

The Western Hip Hop Conference is poised for another chart-topping night of never before-seen moments. Previous appearances by Cornelius Grant of The Temptations, Comedian Shang, Tyler Perry’s “Meet The Browns”, Lj Brown, Shock G, Lil Zane, Goldie Locs, DUB CNN, The Real Rick Ross, MC Eiht, Jayo Felony, Young Blacc and too many more to name.

The show also highlights a panel of industry experts making up the Western Conference Industry Panel. Panelists from various areas of the music business sit in a forum setting to share aspects of the industry that could potentially assist artists in developing their skills and professionalism within the music industry. This year panel includes moderator, CEO of Indie Power Jay Warsinske, sitting alongside panel members Recording Artist Butch Cassidy, Jazzy of Jazzy Management, Chris “Royce” Royster of Entertainment Sports Connection, Publicist Carla Barnes of EOTM Public Relations and Platinum Producer SIR JINX. Panel members will also speak on the importance of copyrighting, branding originality and understanding the fundamentals of the music business.

The event will be hosted by Comedian/Actor Christian Redd and Media Host/Radio Personality Mocha D and will also highlight a comedy segment featuring Comedian Shang.

A portion of event proceeds will be donated to The Western Conference Hip Hop Mixer Scholarship through an exciting new partnership involving Chocolate Crushes, Inc., and The Musicians Foundation at Musicians Institute (MI) in Hollywood.
