Mel Eaton joins TriVista as Senior Advisor

April 27, 2011 - PRLog -- TriVista would like to welcome Mel Eaton to our team of Senior Advisors.

Mel Eaton brings more than 35 years of operations experience within the, Industrial, Automotive, Consumer and Aerospace industries. Recently retired from ITT Corporation, Mel brings global Operational Excellence knowledge and experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Operations Management, Supply Chain and acquisition due diligence and integration.

Mel’s global perspective and leadership has resulted in multiple Customer Focused Lean transformations. His operations, transactional and resource management teams have been given Best Practice designations.

He received his Bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and has completed an extensive executive leadership program at Ashridge University. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Champion.
