Real Estate Company Attracting Global Buyers to San Francisco

Jim Hilgendorf, the principal broker of The Matchmakers, is also a filmmaker, and the producer of The Tribute Series, a highly acclaimed series of travel videos that are in homes, libraries, and schools all over the United States, several of which have appeared on PBS and international television.

He is now transferring his filmmaking skills to real estate.  He states:

"San Francisco is not just San Francisco.  San Francisco is many different neighborhoods in the city.  San Francisco is also, really, the greater San Francisco Bay Area, which includes the East Bay, Berkeley, the University of California; Oakland; the North Bay, Marin County, with cities like Sausalito and Tiburon and Mill Valley; Sonoma Country, with beautiful towns like Healdsburg, in beautiful wine country; and Napa County, with its really rich heritage of wine.

"I wanted to convey all of this to potential clients around the world, so that if they are really interested in buying a beautiful home, that dream home of theirs, they could start to get a feel of the incredible diversity and beauty of this San Francisco region.  

"All of these towns and cities are close to each other - at the most not over an hour traveling time - so I set the goal of getting to know this entire area through my own experience, and being able to share that with our future clients even before they come here.  We even offer privately scheduled tours for our clients, if they request it, to further acquaint them with the area.
