The Difference Between Agents and Investors

There is a marked difference between real estate agents, real estate brokers, and real estate investors. Know the difference before you choose who will sell, or buy, your property.

When you subtract the commission of the agent, the repairs and maintenance that the agent will suggest you do to get the house sold, and the additional time you’ll be responsible for the mortgage, there is a possibility that what the investor offers you will cause you to break even. The investor’s purchase will be faster, less hassle, and will require no repairs or remodeling on your part.
