At the award-winning Taste, selected as “Thailand’s Best Restaurant” by readers of Thailand Tatler, there’s ‘a la minute’ cuisine prepared at live cooking stations, and an extensive selection of Mediterraneancuisine such as fresh pasta dishes, wood-fired pizza, and crisp salads. Sunday favourites include slow roast Australian beef, sliced Parma ham, Asian-style roast duck, mandarin pancakes, and oven-baked Atlantic salmon, fresh tiger prawns, and an Oyster Bar. Tempting desserts include heavenly Moevenpick ice cream, luscious crème brûlée, and much more. Highlights for the Easter feast include pan-seared foie gras and fresh Boston lobsters prepared to order at Taste’s open kitchen.
