|n honour of William and Kate's special day, expert mixologist and founder of the Mobile Cocktail Company, Nigel Parker has created an inspirational, signature cocktail for the celebration. The Wedded Blisco is characterized by elegance and simplicity, combining quintessentially English strawberries, sparkling Prosecco and the kick of Peruvian spirit Pisco, to create a drink fit for toasting the future King and Queen of England.
The ingredients for this unique new drink are readily available; or ask your local bartender for the cocktail.
RECIPE:
30 ml Aba Pisco
Dash Lemon Juice
Dash St Germain (elderflower liqueur, available Sainsbury & Waitrose) Small dash of Sugar syrup (1:1 sugar/water) Half strawberry Prosecco

Method: Muddle the strawberry with the lemon juice and elderflower liqueur in a shaker, add the Pisco and ice and shake vigorously.
Double strain into a glass (flute) and top up with Prosecco.
