ZYD Transformer Oil Filtration system, Insulating Oil Purification Unit

The ZYD is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength and includes the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and particulate matter.

Meanwhile, Series ZYD oil purifier can be used as independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Advantage:
Comparing with the single-stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machines working vacuum value highly, so it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply and effectively. The dielectric value of treated oil is higher than 75 KV. It is very suitable for the large electric & insulation equipments.

2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90°C less than 0.001
