Helena Montana February Market Report

April 18, 2011 - PRLog -- In February there were 473 active listings, with 76 new listings, and 26 houses sold, making our percentage of sold over 34%. The average Sold Price was $206,672 with the average days on market at 147. February last year had quite a few more houses listed than this year, but the average price sold is still up slightly.  Last year's average price sold was $204,785.  It appears many people listed their homes early this year, in January, in anticipation of the spring selling season.  These statistics are gathered through the Helena MT multi-list service (MLS) used by its members.
