April 15, 2011 - PRLog -- www.YesGloCal.com, has launched its journey on April 14, 2011. YesGloCal acronym comes from three English words: Yes, Global and Local. One can interpret it as glo (bal) + (lo) cal or g + local. The site slogan reflects its mission: Globalization starts by localization right here right now! The site provides a platform for companies to post ads for searching local agents and local candidates to advertise themselves to be agents. The site will gradually provide related services for globalization business.

“The site will benefit companies and candidates, especially mid-size and small companies,” said Hu, one of the founders in the interview. “To a big company, it has budget to send staff to survey and interview local people. But to the majority of mid-size and small companies, they do not have budgets to do such works. Our site will help them search local agents for their business.”
“When I travel around the world doing global business, people often ask me how I could become an agent of foreign companies” Long, one of the founders told the reporter. “I told them to search the web. But when I searched the web myself, to my surprise, I could not find a good site to help those candidates. Our site solves the issue. Our site not only helps companies exposing to the world but also exposing local candidates to the world!”

The site is super clean and easy to navigate with the similar user interface. Currently, it has “Search for Agents”, “Become Agents” and “Information” sections. As soon as the site is accessed, it is “Search for Agents” page. The page provides selection of all countries and regions in the world. It has a brief intuitive usage introduction with an image illustration. One can directly click the country and the link leads to the targeted country ad listing. One can also click the Alphabetical letter index to get the country list. In the listing page, default is all categories with 10 rows per page. One can limit listings by selecting a category or typing in search words in the box. When one clicks a listing row, the detail information will pop up.
The same functionalities are also applied to the “Become Agents”. Only difference is that “Search for Agents” is for companies to search for local agents and the “Become Agents” is for local candidates to expose themselves to become agents.
“Information” page provides FAQ, contact us, etc. site information.
