Flying VTOL Automobiles to Permanently End City Commuter Traffic Congestion

Among myriad applications of bulk quantum computing is sufficient computing power to permanently end traffic congestion. Flying cars (VTOLS) invented decades ago and ultralight composite carbon fibers will make them inexpensive and safe.

April 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Most modern cities currently have fully automated or semi-automated commuter trains, fully automated traffic signals often with computerized synchrony to enhance traffic flow along main thoroughfares and arrays of traffic cameras. Onboard computers in motor vehicles are becoming more and more equipped with collision avoidance sensors and ability to set off an alarm or automatically stay in the middle of a lane.
As in films like the 5th Element or the Minority Report where traffic is tired in layers by flying vehicles Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) are able to land more than 20,000 vehicles per hour at city airports making currently near valueless land 500 miles out easy access to city commuting practical living.
VTOL vehicles can be made of ultralight carbon-fiber composites that can absorb six to 12 times more crash energy per kilogram than steel. And their 50% lighter weight will make them inexpensive to run by petroleum, electric motors or fuel cells.
Lightweight cars can be made of light metals, ultralight steel or advanced composites. The market will sort out which materials win. Japanese automakers have already shown every intention of jumping over metal solutions to even lighter carbon fiber. Toyota's 1/X concept car is one third the weight of a Prius and uses half the fuel, yet has the same interior volume. Its tiny half-liter engine tucks under the rear seat. It's a plug-in hybrid, yet weighs just 420 kilograms. The day before Toyota announced it, Toray, the world's biggest maker of carbon fiber, announced a ¥30 billion factory in Nagoya to mass-produce carbon-fiber auto parts for Toyota, Nissan and others. That's a clear signal of strategic intent. Weight, as Henry Ford said, is advantageous only for steamrollers.
The picture of the Honda prototype is the Fuzo concept car from designer John Mahieddine, and is a VTOL flying car. As it takes to the air, the wheels on the car retract, and the four turbines move into action, allowing it to reach a maximum speed of 400 mph.. The three-seat concept is kept lightweight by the use of materials like carbon fiber, Kevlar and carbon nanotubes.

These new traffic control technologies are based on a US patent for quantum computing filed by physicist Richard L. Amoroso: US Pat. No. 12/928,592 titled Spacetime Energy Resonator: A Transistor Of Complex Dirac Polarized Vacuum Topology. Abstract of the patent: Method and apparatus is described for a general purpose transistor of the higher dimensional spacetime backcloth consistent with symmetry parameters of a new cosmological paradigm with a unique M-Theoretic background making correspondence to a scale-invariant complex covariant Dirac polarized aether where energy pathways follow spacetime geodesics and switching is achieved by manipulating resonant modes of a Calabi-Yau mirror symmetry hierarchy inherent in continuous-state brane topology of the structural-phenomenology of least cosmological units tiling the raster of spacetime as it emerges from the infinite potentia of the unified field.
