San Francisco Neighborhoods Noe Valley Real Estate

April 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Noe Valley, one of the most sought-after San Francisco neighborhoods, is the subject of a new short video by The Matchmakers, a real estate company specializing in beautiful homes in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and France.

The purpose of this video series is to give prospective home buyers a visual introduction to different neighborhoods they might be interested in.

Living in San Francisco is the desire of many people; yet many people - especially those outside the Bay Area - have little acquaintance with the many diverse neighborhoods of the city.

The latest video focuses on the neighborhood of Noe Valley, and the video, via YouTube, is presented here.

Jim Hilgendorf, the principal broker of The Matchmakers, says of Noe Valley:

"You walk down 24th Street, the main commercial street in Noe Valley, and people from the neighborhood are outside, socializing at the many cafes and coffee houses and restaurants all along the street.  You get a real feeling of neighborhood and community.  

"The shops and restaurants are smaller, with an intimate feeling, and you see many young people and couples and children.  The neighborhood seems in a way like an island in the great bustling city surrounding it.

"Walking the streets in the neighborhood, you find quiet streets with many, many older Victorian homes."
