Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, was recently honored in 7 major categories at the 24th Annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards Banquet.  Three of Toll Brothers’ communities in suburban New Jersey were recognized with prestigious awards, including Active-Adult Community of the Year as well as three Best Home awards.  The SAM Awards, presented by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA), was created to honor the industry’s most creative, skillful, and success projects, and recognizes excellence in residential design and marketing programs within New Jersey.

The gala event was attended by more than 450 enthusiastic advertising, sales, marketing, media, and homebuilding industry professionals. It was held at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino and Resort in Atlantic City on April 5, 2011, kicking-off the 62nd Atlantic Builders Convention.
