Toll Brothers' suburban New Jersey communities received 7 awards, including Community of the Year and 3 Best Home awards, at the recent SAM Awards banquet presented by the New Jersey Builders Association.

The gala event was attended by more than 450 enthusiastic advertising, sales, marketing, media, and homebuilding industry professionals. It was held at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino and Resort in Atlantic City on April 5, 2011, kicking-off the 62nd Atlantic Builders Convention.
