Three NMDR Rescue Teams To Roll Out April 9th To Save Over 150 Dogs!

April 14, 2011 - PRLog -- A coordinated rescue is underway orchestrated by NMDR.  In a show of force, three NMDR teams are heading to Missouri.  Using our rescue contacts in the area, 80 to 100 retired breeding dogs will be turned over to NMDR's rescue teams.  The rescue teams will then travel to North Shore Animal League in New York who we have partnered together to rescue discarded dogs and puppies.

After the NMDR teams deliver their precious cargo to North Shore Animal League on Monday (4/17), they will turn their empty trucks to head home to Colorado Springs.  On their return trip, they will stop to pick up 10 to 20 dogs each that need to be rescued from breeders that are surrendering their "retired stock" in Kansas.  These survivors will be brought to the NMDR's facility for necessary vet checks and care.  Ultimately, the dogs will be adopted to deserving homes across the country.
