Kumar Builders Director Kruti Jain felicitated with Young Icon and CSR Initiative award 2011

Ms. Kruti Lalitkumar Jain, director of Kumar Builders received the Young Icon of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year award under the Building Industry Leadership Awards instituted by Builder Information Bureau (BIB).

April 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Pune, 10th  April 2011: Ms. Kruti Lalitkumar Jain, director of Kumar Builders received the Young Icon of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative of the Year award under the Building Industry Leadership Awards instituted by Builder Information Bureau (BIB).

BIB was established in 1987 with the aim of safeguarding the interest of the building industry and allied sectors, real estate developers, professionals and investors. As a premier content source provider in the country, the BIB seeks consolidate a lot of information from public domains as well proprietary research to allow both professionals and retail investors help take well-informed Real estate decisions. It provides to safeguard the interest of industry against unjust government legislations and at the same time promotes adherence to fair play.

While receiving the award, Ms. Kruti Jain said, “It is a moment of great pride and honour for us. It is good to see BIB has recognized the efforts of developer community. I take this as felicitation of Team KUL since each and every one in the company strives to keep our flag flying”

KUL truly believes in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives and at regular intervals keep on doing activities for the welfare of the society.
Other than providing good health and wellness facilities to construction workers KUL had also started the “Gunwatta Vikas Yojana Yojana” for promoting education in the rural areas of Maharashtra and uplifting the standard of students by conducting various activities.
KUL undertakes labor health check up camps and have also taken initiatives for various aspects of environment, whether it is solid waste management, increasing greenery in city, environment education, water conservation, etc.
BIB organized the 5th Series of Building Industry Leadership Awards for the Year 2010. The Builder, Developer, Professionals, Construction, Infrastructure, Architects, Interior Designers, Public Sector, Engineers and the Companies related to Building Industries were honored at a gala function at New Delhi on March 31, 2011.

Kruti Jain has been involved in the real estate business since the age of 15. She has more than seven years of experience in managing the operations, design and development, sales, media and marketing functions of the Company. She is also the youngest member of the managing committee of CREDAI and the chairman of bulletin and NSDCD.
