Foundation Financial Group putts around for Mental Health Association fundraiser

April 8, 2011 - PRLog -- ROCHESTER, N.Y. (April 8, 2011) – Within 45 days of opening its Rochester center, Foundation Financial Group is already chipping in to serve the surrounding community.

Foundation Financial Group employees recently took a swing at raising money during the Mental Health Association of Rochester’s Skyway Open, which included a miniature golf tournament and silent auction. Foundation Financial Group fielded a team of 13 golfers at the charity event held March 19 at the Eastview Mall. The event marked Foundation Financial Group’s first-ever charitable event in Rochester. Employees also made a monetary donation to the Mental Health Association.  

Through its quarterly philanthropic services, each Foundation Financial Group division makes financial contributions, in-kind donations and volunteerism toward initiatives that work to enhance others’ lives in the areas of education, workforce development, environment sustainability, along with health and wellness.
