| Polished For Prom Hosts Cocktails For The Cause Fundraising Happy HourCome out and enjoy good food, good people, and support a great cause!
By: Shanae Newman P4P organizers hope that the happy hour will help get community members involved in helping to raise money for the young girls chosen to participate in the project. “We have been actively seeking sponsors and individuals interested in donating monetary and material contributions so we can provide each girl with the prom of her dreams.” P4P organizer Sherlita Boyd stated. “This happy hour is one of our many efforts to bring the community together to enjoy an amazing time and help support a great cause.” Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy good music, indulge in the sensational cupcake creations of one of Baltimore’s top desert catering companies, and learn more about Polished for Prom and their ongoing efforts to help young girls in financial need attend one of the most highly anticipated events of their high school career. Over the past two months, Polished For prom has worked diligently to make this project a success. With help from friends, family, and the community, the project has already received a great amount of support and financial backing. The Baltimore winner and runner-up will be chosen this month, with the Philadelphia and DC winners quickly following.
