Ron Cathell, Operating Principal and Managing Broker, said, "I am elated and very proud of all of our Associates and staff and the great progress they have made". He listed some of the accomplishments the franchise has made since it opened its doors on April 8, 2008:

              estate offices in McLean and Great Falls

              the Top Luxury Homes Market Center in Luxury Agent
              Recruiting for 2010
         O  We have grown to over 165 Residential and Commercial
              Associates

Ron said, "our growth in Associates and our growth in sales volume, profitability, and profit sharing has taken place in just three short years.And it happened during one of the worst
economic periods and real estate markets in our country's history". He attributed this to Keller Williams being different by design specifically in the areas of Culture, Education, Profit Sharing and Technology. He said his goal is to make Keller Williams McLean/Great Falls  the real estate company of choice in both the residential and commercial worlds by providing his Associates the technology, marketing tools, resources, education/training and coaching to succeed and achieve in both businesses.
