San Francisco Neighborhoods Real Estate Videos

April 4, 2011 - PRLog -- San Francisco is made up of exciting and vastly different neighborhoods - each with its own unique character and flavor.  

There is Chinatown, Nob Hill, North Beach, Fisherman's Wharf, Russian Hill, Telegraph Hill - the well-known San Francisco neighborhoods - but there are also many other lesser known neighborhood communities, each with its own particular character, that home buyers coming from outside San Francisco are probably not even aware of.

The Matchmakers, a real estate company specializing in beautiful homes, condos and estates in the greater San Francisco Bay Area and France, is initiating a series of short videos to help home buyers learn about these neighborhoods.

Jim Hilgendorf, principal broker for The Matchmakers, is producing these videos.  He is also the producer of The Tribute Series, a highly-acclaimed series of travel films that are in homes, libraries and schools all across America, several of which have appeared on PBS and international television.  More information on the films can be found at http://www.tributeseries.com.

Jim states:

"San Francisco is such an exciting city.  The city is a magnet for overseas buyers; but many of these buyers are unfamiliar with the many varied communities within the city.  I put together these videos so that a prospective buyer can get acquainted with the character of each particular community, and even get a glimpse of the streets and homes and shops and restaurants in the area.  Video is such a powerful tool for real estate, and this is just another of the services we are now providing."

The first two neighborhoods highlighted are Sea Cliff, an affluent community in the northwest  corner of San Francisco, adjacent to Lincoln Park; and Cole Valley, a small family oriented community located just east of Golden Gate Park.
