‘Best Global Club 2010’ AMNESIA Ibiza Comes to Singapore First Time Ever Hosted by Jade Jagger

The event will be staged at Marina Bay Sands with a full state-of-the-arts production.

Arguably the quintessential Ibiza clubbing experience, Amnesia is the world famous club from the Spanish Balearic Islands, where so many DJ careers were launched, from Carl Cox to Paul Oakenfold back in 1989 when dance music exploded in Europe. Even world famous club brands like CREAM (UK), Cocoon (Ger) and State Of Trance (NL) host their Ibiza parties at the world’s best club every summer. Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of clubbers, jetsetters and celebrities from all over the world who will not miss a visit every year.  

Of impeccable rock royalty pedigree, Jade Jezebel Jagger (first time ever Singapore), celebrity daughter of Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger, brings her signature Jezebel party, which has taken the world by storm. Spain’s No. 1 DJ (DJ Mag Top 100) and crowd favourite, Wally Lopez, helms the decks at this mega-dance extravaganza. The well-travelled Lopez has played all five continents and has had residencies at the best clubs in the world including Space, Pacha, Ministry of Sound, Discotheque, Red Light, and performances at premiere festivals such as Creamfields Liverpool, Global Gathering, Exit Festival, Weekend Dance, Rock in Rio, amongst many. The affection of an unquestioning public, which has followed him over the last eighteen years, as well as the recognition and respect of the industry, has earned him repeated awards and rankings at the prestigious DJ Mag including ‘Top 100 DJ’s’ (2007-2010), ‘Best Tech House DJ’ (2009), ‘Best DJ of the Year’ (2007/8), ‘Best Progressive and Electro House DJ’ (2007), amongst scores of other awards.

Known for its very exciting live entertainment, the crew of Amnesia musicians, Go-Go dancers and performers promises no less at this event. Amnesia also showcases their two talented residents Mar-T and Les Schmitz. DJ and producer since 1995, Mar-T is the perfect connoisseur of half the world’s dancefloors; while Les Schmitz, voted ‘Best Ibiza Resident DJ’ at the Spain DJMAG 2008 awards, is well-known for his high-octane sets.

Completing the rest of the lineup is Jezebel resident, DJ Lottie, UK’s top and highly-respected female DJ, Radio 1 presenter, who has played at the best clubs and events worldwide; CC Sound Factory, award-winning DJ-Producer, with upcoming release, i wanna b like moby, garnering huge underground interest; Jon White, Hed Kandi (SG) DJ and resident of Singapore’s New Asia Bar; Zig Zach, the ‘Muay Thai’ DJ, of The Contender fame; and lastly, a very, very special guest to be announced a week before the event!
