   * Lemon balm - a nervine or sedative herb. Lemon balm tincture can be taken for stress and anxiety.
     Should not be mixed with sedative drugs or other sedating herbs.

   * Catnip - A traditional cold and flu remedy.
   * Chamomile - Used as an anodyne, anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, nervine, stomachic, tonic, vasodilatory
   * Dandelion Leaf - A diuretic, and liver cleanser
   * Echinacea - Boosts the immune system and helps clear up chronic infections.
     Not for people with autoimmune issues. Not to be taken for more than 4 weeks at a time.
   * Peppermint - Useful for nausea, colic, travel sickness, indigestion, flatulence and to settle the stomach.
     Should not be given to children under 5.
   * Tinctures should not be taken if you are pregnant.
