Join the Bunny Hop–a Loop for Party Animals to support Delaware animal shelters on April 23, 2011

March 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Out and About Magazine is hosting Wilmington's newest pub crawl, The Bunny Hop – a Loop for Party Animals on Saturday, April 23rd, 2011 from 8 pm to 1 am.  One $5 cover fee gets you into 21 clubs and proceeds benefit three local animal shelters:   Delaware Humane Association, Delaware SPCA, and Faithful Friends.  Adoptable dogs from the shelters will be visiting all of the venues throughout the night.

Originating in 1979, the Loop is a citywide event in which patrons travel between participating clubs around Wilmington.  Free shuttle buses are provided throughout the evening to transport “Loopsters” to and from the venues.  This is the first time that the three New Castle County animal shelters have collaborated on a Loop in an effort to raise awareness about their efforts to increase animal adoptions, promote spaying and neutering to reduce pet overpopulation, and work towards Delaware becoming a “no kill” state.
