Mike Marlin supporting Big Country April 2011 tour

March 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Having just stepped off stage from one tour, Mike Marlin has been invited back on the road again with Big Country during their April 2011 live dates, taking in 14 dates across the UK and Ireland.

If sharing a stage with The Stranglers and opened HMV ‘Next Big Thing’ for Josh Weller, Mike Marlin is now going on the road with one of his favourite bands and travelling across the water to Ireland with his band for the first time.

“Supporting Big Country on tour is a thrill for me and for the band. I remember buying The Crossing and hearing Chance for the first time. It is one of my favourite songs of all time.” Mike Marlin

With his unique style and unusual songs Mike Marlin is a genuine artist with the ability to invite his audience to a journey between the past and the future just by listening to his voice.

Coincidentally Mike Marlin’s next single, the last to be taken from his debut album Nearly Man, No Place Like Home is the title of Big Country’s 4th album, showing Mikes passion for the band.
